Christy McBee

Christy McBee is the National Operations Manager for Connect Direct, a business that partners with industry leaders to add ASL language as part of their customer service offerings. She oversees the day-to-day operations, managing a team of deaf representatives, ensures contractual compliance, and supports partners in their disability and inclusion efforts. Being in the telecommunications industry for 20 years, here is what Christy has to say, “To have an opportunity to elevate and empower the deaf community is something I have always been passionate about.
